Throughout the clean additional drying equipment and techniques are applied to speed up the drying process.

Off Site Rug Cleaning
This is a service where your rugs are collected and delivered back to your door to be deep cleaned off site. Using traditional methods and state of the art cleaning machinery made specifically for rug cleaning, your rugs will get the deepest and most thorough clean with product specific treatments that will restore the glory back into your soft furnishings. As we care about your rugs inspection and testing are carried out throughout the cleaning process to make sure that all pocesses and products are safe to clean each fibre the rug.
Spot and Stain Removal
This is a focused and dedicated service for areas that are stained or soiled. Your carpet technician can apply a systematic approach to heavily soiled areas, to remove stubborn stains and breath new life into your carpets and furnishings.
Deep Carpet Cleaning Process
Step 1- Pre-Inspection
This involves inspecting any particlar areas of concern, as well as noting carpet construction, soiling conditions and ascertain just how your expectations can be realised.
Step 2- Commercial pre-vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in the cleaning process.
Step 3- Pre-spray & Pre-spot
High Traffic areas and heavily soiled spots are pre-treated, for a more effective removal. The pre-spray gets to work helping to lift the oil and dirt out of the fibres.
Step 4- Rinse & Extract
Once the soil has been loosened and suspended, our hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not over-wet. As we care about your carpets we ensure wool carpets are rinsed with warm water. Every carpet that we clean is PH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind.
Step 5- Post-spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process speciality-spotting techniques are employed *.
Step 6- Protective Tabs
Furniture tabs or blocks are placed under furniture, that comes in to contact with newly cleaned carpets to stop rust and stain marks.
Step 7- Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appearance.
Step 8- Drying
Additional drying tools and methods may be used to speed up the drying time.
