Maxine (your carpet technician and founder of Purbeck Carpet Care) has a clear vision and that is to provide the best, top level of service and care for your carpets and furnishings. In order to deliver a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service she has undergone expert training with the National Carpet Cleaners Assocaition (NCCA) at the Museum of Carpet in Kidderminster, and is now a certified NCCA member (associate member 4117) . NCCA members work to a stringent code of practice that protects the industry, and the customer.

Purbeck Carpet Care uses a superior, skillfully built carpet cleaning machine aswell as using industry leading cleaning products and techniques to bring and achieve outstanding results. In order to assist with the more troublesome areas of concern Maxine has undergone additional training in spot and stain removal to help achieve the process of getting carpets and furnishings back to the appearance it once was. Aswell as to aid in those times where accidents can happen and a quick call out may be needed to assist in rectifying the the problem.
